Lot Sold in Gaven Central Business Park, Gold Coast, Australia
A BUYER has bought a warehouse/office complex in the Gaven Center Business Park before the project’s completion date.
The 1920sq m site at Lot 28 Newheath Drive was sold to a local owner-occupier for $2 million in a deal handled by Steve Macgregor of Ray White Industrial Gold Coast.
Mr Macgregor said the warehouse/office complex in the popular Gaven Central Business Park was being built by Clarke’s Project Management and was due for completion in January or February next year.
‘‘The new owner has decided to split the complex into three separate units and will occupy one for his own use and lease the rest,’’ he said.
‘The warehouse has an internal height of 7.5m, which makes it suitable for heavy vehicle entry.
‘‘The site offers a total of 26 car spaces, including undercover parking for eight vehicles.’’
‘‘The warehouse being built by CPM is a modern tilt-panel construction of approximately 1089sq m with an office area and staff amenities of about 164sq m.’’
CPM recently won regional and state awards for best industrial building in the category up to $4 million.
